3D Printer Pro® Return Policy
365 day no hassle return policy on 3D Printer Pro® branded filament and materials. Return any unused filaments or materials to us in their original unopened packaging at any time within 365 days of purchase. Please make sure to get a return-authorization number before shipping back to our warehouse, we may not be able accept without it.
If for any reason our filament or material is damaged (filament diameter measurements) We will provide free return shipping as well as supply you with new undamaged high quality product in return.
Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment team (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund return will be processed and your payment will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Depending on your credit card or bank it may take an additional 3-7 days for everything to go through.
Our 365 day no hassle return policy is only good for 3d Printer Pro® branded filaments and materials. At this time we are unable to offer this on 3d printers, scanners, accessories, or software products. Unfortunately we are beholden to what the original manufactures (or distributors) require as far as warranty and return policy. Please know that we are doing our best to be able to offer the same great 365 day policy on all our products we carry in the near future.
For any product that doesn’t carry our brand name (3d Printer Pro®) please contact us to ensure where you need to send your order in case you are not satisfied or there is a manufacturing defect.
