What products does your 365 day return policy cover?

Our no hassle 365 day return policy is for branded 3D Printer Pro® filaments and materials that have been unused. It is not applicable to any 3d printers, scanners, software, or accessories that aren’t manufactured by 3D Printer Pro®.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We can ship our products anywhere in the world. International rates apply, but rest assured we will get you what you need no matter where on planet earth you are located. Obviously, shipping times vary depending on location and customs procedures in your respected country.

What can you 3d print for me or my business?

Whatever your imagination desires! We can help design and consult during any step of your prototyping process. Please contact us (800-343-0053) to get started. We offer over 100 different types of materials, including precious metals. We offer one of the fastest services from design to creation available anywhere.

How fast do you ship your products?

For all in stock filament and materials we usually offer same day shipping as long as the order is made before 1pm pst. We will follow up with an email as soon as your order has shipped. Any products shipped by a third party distributor vary on availability of each specific product. We will do our best to keep you informed (and happy).

What is the best way to store my Filament after purchase?

Make sure to keep it in an air tight container and away from sources of moisture. We recommend using desiccants’ at all times. All of our materials quality is subject to storing methods of the end user. Please store with caution to ensure the best quality prints possible.
